Which documents will I need?
When signing the contract, in addition to your passport or personal ID card, you should also include a driver’s license that is valid for more than a year from the date of signature. A valid credit card is also necessary for all categories of vehicle.

What is the minimum age for drivers?
The minimum age for drivers is 21.

What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum vehicle rental period is 24 hours.

Is fuel included in the price?
Fuel is not included in the price. Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel in the tank as when they were picked up.

What happens if I cancel my reservation?
If your reservation is cancelled, the agency will keep the deposit paid to confirm the reservation.

Which insurance is included in the price?
Liability insurance for damage caused to a third party.
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) – risk insurance with deductible.
TP (Theft Protection) – auto theft insurance with deductible.
The user's liability for damage and theft is limited to the amount of the deductible.
